  • Garlic1 to taste

  • English Potato1 kg
  • Cottage cheese1 unit(s)

  • Salt1 to taste
  • Olive1 to taste
  • Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)

  1. Peel the potatoes and put them in a pan with water and salt to taste.
  2. Season the ground beef with garlic and olive oil
  3. Heat a pan with olive oil and throw in the ground beef, when it's browned, add tomato, onion, corn, olive, cilantro and tomato extract, let it work for 3 minutes, turn it off and set aside.
  4. Drain the gatatas, with a masher, squeeze the potatoes like a puree, add salt and the cup of curd.
  5. Assembly: on a platter, put the puree on the bottom and the ground beef on top, I came to close with the puree again on top, throw the potato straw (optional cheese and ham, I didn't use it) take it to the oven for 5 minutes and serve as you wish, rice white and salad.
