Ground beef1/2 kg
Peeled and chopped tomatoes2 unit(s)
Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
Chopped Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Oil3 tablespoon
Boiled, peeled and mashed potato1/2 kg
Light cottage cheese250 ml
Parmesan cheese50 g

Saute the meat with all the seasonings until the meat is not raw.
Mix the boiled and mashed potato with the cottage cheese and bring to a simmer until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Place half of the puree in a rectangular baking dish.
Add the braised meat.
Add the rest of the puree and top with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted.
