- Mozzarella cheese200 mg
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- White pepper1 to taste
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Milk1/2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- 1.Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and cook them with water and salt. 2.Once cooked, mash the potatoes, add the milk and butter, mix well until they form a puree and set aside. 3.In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil, the onion, the garlic and sauté the ground beef. 4. Season with salt, white pepper, green smell and cook until the water that forms in the pan dries up. 5.Forre a refractory with half of the mashed potatoes. 6.Add a layer of cheese and a layer of ground beef. 7.Repeat the process and finish with grated cheese on top. 8.Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
