1.Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and cook them with water and salt.
2.Once cooked, mash the potatoes, add the milk and butter, mix well until they form a puree and set aside.
3.In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil, the onion, the garlic and sauté the ground beef.
4. Season with salt, white pepper, green smell and cook until the water that forms in the pan dries up.
5.Forre a refractory with half of the mashed potatoes.
6.Add a layer of cheese and a layer of ground beef.
7.Repeat the process and finish with grated cheese on top.
8.Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
