Descasque as batatas, corte em cubos médios e coloque para cozinhar por aproximadamente 10 min em seguida amasse as batatas

Em uma panela coloque um fio de óleo, e coloque a carne moída refogue ela bem, tempere com a meia cebola, tomate e alho sal e pimenta para finalizar coloque a cebolinha e salsinha

Para a montagem coloque a carne moída por cima o purê de batatas e coloque o queijo, deixe 20 min no forno para gratinar
