- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Seasoning to taste for sautéing the meat to taste
- Tomato sauce (sachet)1 unit(s)
- Bacon1 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Cook the potatoes until they are very soft. Mash the potatoes very well and mix with the margarine and milk to make a puree. Reserve.
- Sauté the ground beef with the seasoning of your choice and as soon as it is cooked, add the tomato sauce.
- For assembly, in a bowl, place the ground beef and the puree on top.
- Finish with cheese and bake in a medium oven at 180°C to brown.
