Ready-made tomato sauce or sachet1 can(s)
Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
Minced garlic (2 cloves)2 unit(s)
Parsley and chives to taste
Salt to taste
Boiled Potatoes5 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese200 g

Sauce: Sauté the ground meat with the onion, salt and garlic after it is well sautéed add the tomato sauce and parsley with the chives and set aside.
Mashed potato: Cook the potatoes until soft, mash add the butter and milk with the salt until creamy.
Mounting: Add a layer of the puree to the bottom of the dish and another layer of meat and so on until the puree and meat are used up, finish by placing the cheese on top and taking it to the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is browned and it's ready.
