Fry the meat with onions and garlic and sauté well. Add salt.
Drain the potato after cooked (well cooked) peel and mash as if you were going to make a puree.
After kneading, add the milk and margarine and mix well, until smooth and without margarine streaks.
Take a refractory and put a layer of puree then a layer of ground beef and then a layer of cheese and so on.
Lastly the last layer has to be the cheese pain.
Done that, put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheese is browned.
