Ground beef (your preference)1 kg
Onion2 unit(s)
Pineapple6 unit(s)
Vegetable oil to taste
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Fresh vegetables for garnish to taste

Peel the onion, chop it finely, mix it with the meat and form 6 good-sized hamburgers.
Place a drizzle of oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the hamburgers, seasoning with salt and pepper.
The meat should be browned on both sides.
Remove them from the skillet and keep in a warm place.
In the same skillet, let the pineapple slices brown.
Prepare each dish by placing a slice of pineapple over the hamburger.
Serve with assorted greens.
