ham with potatoes

In a bowl, place the ham, vinegar, lemon juice, dry seasonings and salt. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
After that time, in the pressure cooker add the oil, the onion rings and the ham. Let it brown.
Add the tomato, potatoes, cilantro and tomato sauce.
Note For more broth, I added water too.
Cover and pressurize for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Serve in a refractory.
