- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dry white wine1 cup
- Leave to marinate the night before in the fridge.
- Heat the air fryer 10 minutes beforehand. Meanwhile, seal the piece in a skillet. Thus, the succulence is maintained.
- Place in air fryer for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Turn halfway through. If you want more crispy, you can leave it for another 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Serve with the pineapple and pepper jelly.
