  • Rosemary1 dessert spoon
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Dry white wine1 cup
  1. Leave to marinate the night before in the fridge.
  2. Heat the air fryer 10 minutes beforehand. Meanwhile, seal the piece in a skillet. Thus, the succulence is maintained.
  3. Place in air fryer for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Turn halfway through. If you want more crispy, you can leave it for another 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. Serve with the pineapple and pepper jelly.
