  • Ground chuck1 kg
  • Chopped potato3 unit(s)
  • Yakissoba Kit Pack1 unit(s)
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the ground meat and stir until it cooks and releases the broth.
  3. When the meat broth boils, add the vegetables from the yakissoba kit and the potatoes. It usually comes with broccoli, cauliflower, chard, carrots and cabbage.
  4. Add seasonings to taste and mix well.
  5. Cook until the broth dries.
  6. Serve as desired. I like it with rice and beans.
