- Ground Lamb500 g
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- White Onion1 unit(s)
- Butter ghee1 dessert spoon
- Peeled tomato in juice300 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- Fresh Basil to taste
- In a large pan or skillet, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in the ghee
- When golden add the lamb meat and mix it lightly so it doesn't stick for about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato with juice and season with salt to taste and black pepper. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes (all over medium heat). Finally, add the nutmeg and fresh basil, with the heat turned off.
- I served with multigrain rice and assorted salad. I used everything organic and fresh
