  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  • Ham200 g
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Chimichurri1 to taste
  • Boss Spice1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Mix ground beef with onion, egg and breadcrumbs.
  2. Open a piece of laminated paper of about 50 cm on a table, open the ground beef dough on the laminated paper until it forms a not too thin rectangle.
  3. Place the slices of ham and cheese.
  4. Wrap the roulade with the help of foil. With the same foil, cover the roulade and put it in the oven.
  5. Bake the roulade for 20 minutes or so, covered in foil.
  6. Open the laminate and bake a little longer until golden.
  7. Accompany with golden potatoes and rice.
