Mix 1 French bread soaked in milk with the minced meat (it may break) and mix well.
Add garlic, salt and seasonings to taste, 1 egg and continue mixing until well bodied.
On a smooth surface or meat board, stretch this ground meat and stuff it with the other 3 boiled eggs, the mozzarella and the ham (can be stuffing of your choice)
Gradually roll this meat into the shape of a roulade, place it in an English cake pan or a refractory that is not wide so as not to open it.
On top, put the sliced bacon and more mozzarella (if you want) to bake in a medium oven at 180° for approximately 45 min, but it depends on the oven.
