- In a refractory place the ground meat, and add the egg, the onion cream and the garlic, mix well until you get a dough point, if it is sticking a lot to your hands, add a little more onion cream (careful for the dough it doesn't get too dry), add the seasonings, salt, black pepper and the green smell.
- On a bench put cling film and distribute the dough, open it so that it is in the shape of a rectangle, at least 30x20 cm, do not leave holes, so that the stuffing does not leak.
- Start the stuffing with the ham, spread it over the entire rectangle, then the cheese, the bacon, the olive, and the tomato, the onion rings, and finally the oregano.
- With the help of cling film, roll the roulade, drizzle with oil and cover aluminum foil, place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 30 to 40 min.
