  • Onion cream60 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Ham6 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese6 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 teaspoon
  1. Mix ground beef with onion cream, egg and breadcrumbs. Open a piece of laminated paper of about 50 cm on a table, spread the ground beef dough on the laminated paper until it forms a not too thin rectangle. Place the slices of ham and cheese. Wrap the roulade with the help of foil. With the same foil, cover the roulade and put it in the oven. Bake the roulade for 20 minutes, covered in foil. Open and bake a little longer until golden. Accompany with golden potatoes.
