  • Salt1 to taste
  • Cheese200 g
  • Green Olives1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  1. 1 kg of ground hard drumhead 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion 2 crushed garlic cloves salt to taste 8 slices of bacon 200g sliced cheese 1/2 cup chopped green olives 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise On a sheet of parchment paper, place the ground beef, onion, garlic and salt. With your fingers, mix the ingredients and open the meat until you get a layer of 2 cm high. Add half of the bacon slices, the cheese and the olive. Roll the meat into a roulade, brush with mayonnaise and cover with the rest of the bacon slices. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and transfer to a plate. Serve decorated as you wish.
