- Ground beef500 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Mozzarella150 g
- Ham150 g
- Sliced Bacon200 g
- Arugula to taste
- Mix the meat, eggs, seasonings and wheat flour as if you were making meatballs.
- Open the meat on the cling film, forming a rectangle.
- Stuff with bacon after the mozzarella, ham and finally the arugula.
- Roll it up like a jelly roll using plastic wrap to help.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil and then remove the foil and let it brown.
