  • Wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • Salt and seasoning to taste
  • Mozzarella150 g
  • Ham150 g
  • Sliced ​​Bacon200 g
  • Arugula to taste
  1. Mix the meat, eggs, seasonings and wheat flour as if you were making meatballs.
  2. Open the meat on the cling film, forming a rectangle.
  3. Stuff with bacon after the mozzarella, ham and finally the arugula.
  4. Roll it up like a jelly roll using plastic wrap to help.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil and then remove the foil and let it brown.
