  • Onion cream2 tablespoon
  • Color to taste
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Paste with Salt1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil2 teaspoon
  • Ham200 g
  • Cheese200 g
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Olive to taste
  • Bacon to taste
  1. 1- In the ground meat mix, paprika, onion cream, black pepper, garlic paste with salt and olive oil. 2- Take a reasonably hard plastic (it can be a bag that comes from the butcher shop), place the meat on this plastic and spread it well with the help of a rolling pin or wooden roll until it is less than 1 cm thick (no It should be thick so it doesn't get raw). 3- After the meat is well spread, put the stuffing: first the ham, followed by the grated mozzarella, oregano and olives. 4- Very carefully wrap the meat with the help of plastic and after well wrapped, transfer to a greased form with margarine. 5- Place the bacon over the rocombole and bake at 200°c for 40 minutes
