- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 cup
- Potato2 unit(s)
- It's a pan put a thread of oil or olive oil, garlic, onion and let it brown
- Add the ground beef and let it sauté (wait for it to change color)
- Add the tomato, pepper and seasonings (I used salt, paprika, cumin, oregano, saffron) and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Put the carrot cut into slices, a little bit of the cilantro, 1/2 cup of water and let it cook
- Note: Put the potatoes when the carrot is a little softened and the rest of the cilantro when the ground beef is practically cooked
- Then just hang up and serve
