Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
Carrot1/2 unit(s)
English Potato1/2 unit(s)
Garlic1 unit(s)
Coriander and chives to taste
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Sour cream (if you prefer) to taste
Salt and paprika to taste

In a pan, add the ground beef, salt, paprika and the vegetables described (and the others you wish). Add 2 cups of water, turn on the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Once you see that the water has dried up and the meat is cooked, add the cream and stir. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Put out the fire. Okay, your meat is ready to serve.
