- Season the meat with the seasonings leaving the oil for last, mix well. Open the meat and lay out a layer of cheese, ham and cheese. Close the meat by rolling it to form the roulade. Place the bacon slices on top of the roulade. You can ask the butcher to grind the bacon along with the meat. Tip: place the meat on top of plastic film, it's easier to handle and roll up. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes. This time may vary depending on your oven.
- While the meat is roasting, let's prepare the vegetables: Pre-cook the potato in salted water and chimichurri for 3 minutes from the moment the pan gets pressure. Drain and reserve. Cut the other vegetables according to your preference, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. All together. You don't need to peel the garlic, okay?! Remove the aluminum foil from the meat and place the vegetables, drizzle with the broth that formed. After that, remove some of the broth, water the meat. Bake until golden. Enjoy your food!
