- I started by peeling the garlic and chopped it along with the steak. I added salt, pepper and oregano.
- Squeeze the lemon and mix everything. To taste.
- Now in a pan I put the oil and the steak.
- I let it grill over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Then just serve the recipe very easy and simple
