Pork rump steak1 kg
Potato 🥔1 kg
Onion1 unit(s)
Rice to taste
Seasoned Beans to taste
Salt1 teaspoon
Lemon 🍋2 unit(s)
Rosemary to taste

Season the pork steaks 🐷 with lemon juice, garlic and salt and let the rosemary rest in the seasoning
Fry the steaks in a pan, rubbing them in the pan until they are well fried and golden, remove them and place them in a bowl
After everything is fried, add onions with olive oil and lemon juice 🍋 add the meat to this broth and set aside
Cut the potato, add a spoonful of salt and let it drain in a colander for half an hour. Then wash it, let it drain and fry in very hot oil until it becomes crispy.
Serve with rice, beans, steak and fries, can also be served with salad.
