In another pot, preferably pressure, place the beans, water and boiled foot. Cover the pan and let it cook for another 40 minutes after getting pressure. After that time, remove the pressure and open the pot.
In another pan, put the oil and sauté the garlic, pepperoni and paio until golden.
Add the meats and beans and cook for 40 minutes. If necessary you can add more water. Adjust the salt.
