  • 500g Diced Meat500 g
  • 1 tablespoon of butter15 g
  • 1 small onion, chopped25 g
  • 150g homemade tomato sauce150 g
  • 1 box of sour cream200 g
  • 1 cup of hot water210 g
  • 1 teaspoon of salt4 g
  1. In a pressure cooker, place the butter and onion. Cook over medium heat until the onion is golden. Add the meat and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the salt, tomato sauce and water. Cover the pan and once you get pressure count 20 minutes. Turn off and let the pressure off. Open the pan and add the cream. Stir until well blended. If you have a lot of water, leave it on the fire until the water dries up a little before putting the milk cream. Ready.
