In a pressure cooker, place the butter and onion. Cook over medium heat until the onion is golden. Add the meat and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the salt, tomato sauce and water. Cover the pan and once you get pressure count 20 minutes. Turn off and let the pressure off. Open the pan and add the cream. Stir until well blended. If you have a lot of water, leave it on the fire until the water dries up a little before putting the milk cream. Ready.
