  • 500g Diced Meat | 500 g
  • 1 tablespoon of butter | 15 g
  • 1 small onion, chopped | 25 g
  • 150g homemade tomato sauce | 150 g
  • 1 box of sour cream | 200 g
  • 1 cup of hot water | 210 g
  • 1 teaspoon of salt | 4 g


  1. In a pressure cooker, place the butter and onion. Cook over medium heat until the onion is golden. Add the meat and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the salt, tomato sauce and water.
