  • Ground pork200 g
  • Onions2 unit(s)
  • Tomato4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Carrots200 g
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Cooked rice200 g
  • Chopped Bacon150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. For the tripe stuffing: cook the white rice (season to taste) and let it become more soaked. Remove from pan and in a bowl mix with all other ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste. The filling should be a consistent dough.
  2. The tripe should be well washed and submerged in a solution of water and red vinegar with a little salt for about 10 minutes. Then put the stuffing inside the gut and make sure there are no empty spaces (air inside). After closing the ends of the tripe with a kitchen wire, pour the oil over it and place in a preheated oven at 250 degrees. The cooking time and the number of servings will depend on the size of the tripe. Comes with green salad.
