  • Wheat for kibbeh2 cup
  • Hot water3 cup
  • Ground beef250 g
  • Syrian Pepper to taste
  • Zaatar and Cinnamon to taste
  • Onion, green smell and mint to taste
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Place the wheat in a bowl, cover with hot water, cover and let it hydrate for 20 minutes. Chop or process the onion, garlic, parsley and mint, add it to the platter with wheat, add the salt, Syrian pepper, zaatar and cinnamon to the meat and knead well until smooth. Grease the frying pan with olive oil and mold the kibe inside it, take it to medium heat and let the underside brown well, then with the help of a plate, turn it over and let it brown on the other side.
  2. Once golden, drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve with lemon.
