- Soybean oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a frying pan add the oil and the well-cut tripe.
- Take it to the fire and fry until it's golden, separate from the oil put it on a paper towel to drain all the oil.
- Serve with couscous, assemble the dish as you like.
