- Start by seasoning the pork belly (bacon) with paprika, salt and pepper. Ensuring that the seasonings penetrate. Set aside in the fridge overnight to improve the flavor, or cook immediately.
- Put a deep frying pan on low heat with the oil, just enough to cover the bottom, and arrange the bacon pieces skin side down. Let it cook on low heat for 35 minutes, uncovered, so you can fry bacon without splashing.
- The bacon will need to have a golden, crispy crust. Then just serve.
