  • Beef steak | 400 g
  • Minced garlic | 5 unit(s)
  • Onion |  to taste
  • Cumin | 1 tablespoon
  • Colorau | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Water | 1/2 cup

Recipe

  1. Place the meat in a bowl, season with salt, cumin, paprika and garlic then let it rest for about 8 minutes.
  2. In the frying pan, put the oil on the fire and as soon as the oil starts to heat put the meat and fry normally until golden.
  3. After the meat is fried and golden, put half a cup of water on the meat and onion and leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes or until it dries a little, then our recipe is ready.
