Ingredients

  • Wheat for kibbeh | 250 g
  • Ground beef | 500 g
  • bunch of mint | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste
  • Oil | 1 l
  • Mozzarella, cut into sticks | 300 g
  • Mangeecao |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Let the wheat soak overnight. Drain to remove all the water.
  2. In a container place the ground beef, wheat, mint, garlic, onion, salt and pepper, stir. Stir to combine.
