- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 coffee spoon
- On a cutting board, cut the fillet into strips or cubes, transfer to a bowl and add the salt, crushed garlic, saffron, lemon, black pepper and oregano. Mix well to get the seasoning all over the fillet.
- In a non-stick frying pan, add the olive oil and heat up and then place the reserved chicken.
- Let it fry for 3 minutes and turn the sides when you see that it is at the right point, turn off the fire. Serve with fluffy rice and a salad.
