- tripe500 g
- Black pepper, paprika and cumin to taste
- Chopped or sliced onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped or sliced tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander1 tablespoon
- Oil for frying to taste
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, cut the tripe into pieces or strips, season with lemon juice, crushed garlic, cumin, black pepper and paprika and mix everything.
- In a frying pan add the soy oil and the seasoned tripe, take it to the fire to fry, when it is fried add the tomato and onion and sauté. Ready just serve with a little couscous.
