- Steak cuts1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Butter2 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- Season with salt, vinegar, pepper and parsley in a bowl. If you prefer, cut into cubes or slices.
- Fry them in a pan with hot butter until browned.
- And serve with potato straw and a sauce of your choice, with rice and a salad with lettuce, tomato and olive oil if you want.
