- Minced garlic to taste
- Butter in point of ointment100 g
- Thyme to taste
- Lemon and Herb Seasoning to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Mustard to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
- Diaper1 kg
- Mix together the butter, garlic, thyme, lemon and herb seasoning, chimichurri, smoked paprika and mustard. Mix well until it becomes a paste
- In a refractory, make cuts in the diaper and sprinkle the coarse salt. Spread the butter paste on the meat and spread it evenly.
- Add pre-cooked potatoes (optional). Cover with aluminum foil and place in a medium oven.
- After 30 minutes, remove aluminum foil and baste the meat with the melted butter.
- Put in the oven again until golden.
