I seasoned the meat the day before with garlic, salt, black pepper, chimichurri and and the oil.
I put a little lard with paprika, and added the meat, stirring very little.
I added chopped tomato and pepper, plus a little salt.
I let her cook with her own water.
As soon as the water dried, and I sautéed it well, I added sliced onions, turned off the heat and covered. It was delicious 😋😋
