  • Fillet1 kg
  • Onion and garlic3 tablespoon
  • Tomato extract1 tablespoon
  • Red wine1 cup
  • Flour1 tablespoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paris mushroom2 tablespoon
  1. In a pressure cooker, sauté the garlic and onion well
  2. Enter the films cut into steaks and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the tomato paste and 1 glass of water and cook for 30 min.
  4. Once the fillet is well cooked remove and preserve the broth
  5. Inside this broth add the wine, the flour and the mushroom mix very well so that the flour dissolves and let it boil until it thickens
