- Meat in strips (filet, rump, soft thigh)500 g

- Olive oil (thread)25 ml

- Tomato Extract340 g
- Water1/2 cup
- English Potato3 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- For the meat, we will grease a frying pan with the oil, add the garlic, the onion and sauté well. Then add the meat.
- Sauté until the meat is golden and add the tomato paste and water until the broth thickens and reserve.
- For the mashed potatoes: cook the potatoes, peel and mash them. Bring to the fire with margarine and milk, stirring until it becomes a puree consistency.
- For assembly: on a platter we put the puree, 1 layer of mozzarella, then pour all the meat and cover with mozzarella. Bake for 200• until the cheese is golden! Just remove from the oven and enjoy!
