  • Filet Mignon400 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Yellow Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Water30 ml
  1. Heat the fridge well
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put the butter in the frying pan and let it melt, then put the filet mignon
  4. Leave it on the side for 4 minutes, not stirring the meat all the time (1 minute for each finger of height of the filet, to be almost rare)
  5. After removing the meat, put it to rest in a shallow dish while you make the mustard sauce.
  6. Place the cream in a pan and stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Add mustard and mix well
  8. Add 30ml of water and stir well for 3 minutes
  9. Then just put the sauce on the meat and enjoy Enjoy 😉
