With a meat whisk, beat the steaks, but not too thin.
Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
Roll in wheat, beaten egg, panko flour
Heat the olé to 180° and deep-fry until golden, drain the oil.
Place the steaks in a refractory, cover them with the kingdom cheese, add the tomato sauce and sprinkle the Parmeggiano cheese over the sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 min.
