  • Filet Mignon400 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Butter30 g
  • Wheat Flour30 g
  • Whole milk200 ml
  • Mustard1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 dessert spoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a very hot skillet put the olive oil and seal your whole filet mignon piece already seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, cut into steaks against the fiber of the meat.
  3. In the frying pan where you seared the meat Add the butter and flour, make the roux and add the milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Correct the salt and add the steaks and let it cook to the point you prefer.
