  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Water100 ml
  1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry them in butter , over high heat to avoid adding water , then set aside .
  3. In the same pan, add your favorite seasonings.
  4. Then add the water and let it boil.
  5. Add the mustard and cream, mix well and pour over the fillets.
