- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Seasoning to taste
- Water100 ml
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Fry them in butter , over high heat to avoid adding water , then set aside .
- In the same pan, add your favorite seasonings.
- Then add the water and let it boil.
- Add the mustard and cream, mix well and pour over the fillets.
