Filet mignon with gorgonzola sauce

  • Filet mignon in steaks or medallions4 unit(s)
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Chopped Gorgonzola100 g
  • Minced garlic clove2 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Season the filet mignon with garlic and black pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and just seal the filet mignon.
  3. Reserve.
  4. In the same pan add the Heavy cream and gorgonzola, stirring until a uniform cream is formed.
  5. Return the filet mignon to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with white rice.
  7. I don't add salt because the gorgonzola is already very salty and has a strong flavor.
