Filet Mignon with Cheese Sauce

  • Filet Mignon1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Whole milk2 cup
  • Cheese Soup1/2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. Cut the meat into thin slices, season with salt and garlic. Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the meat and let it brown.
  2. Remove the meat from the pan and transfer to a container.
  3. In the same pan used to make the meat. Add the 2 tablespoons of oil, the remaining garlic. Let the garlic brown, add the milk and dissolve the cheese soup. Let it boil until it thickens without stopping stirring.
  4. Place the meat in the cream cheese and finish with the grated Parmesan.
