- Arborio rice300 g
- Filet Mignon300 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Beef broth500 ml
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- White wine 1 glass1 to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper. Sauté the meat in a pan with olive oil, so that it is lightly cooked on the outside and still raw on the inside. Reserve.
- In a pan, sauté the onion with the butter and a drizzle of olive oil, fry the rice, add the white wine and stir until it evaporates. Gradually add the beef stock, stirring constantly. When about halfway through the preparation, add the filet mignon.
- Continue stirring and adding the beef stock little by little until the rice is al dente. Turn off the heat and add the Parmesan cheese.
